Council threatens homeless people with £100 fines
 The homeless have been threatened with £100 fines when ‘causing a nuisance’ in an affluent suburb under new rules which have been labelled ‘cruel’.
Rough sleepers in West Bridgford face being handed fixed penalty notices under the plans to tackle anti-social behaviour, like littering. this homeless people cant afford a home and the government wants to fine them because sleeping on the street is ''Littering'' They say littering like these people are piece of trash.
