Mayor quits after comparing Obama family to apes

The mayor of a town in Pennsylvania has resigned after comparing Barack Obama and his family to apes and suggesting that he wanted to lynch the president.
Charles Wasko was the mayor of West York, a small town around 11 miles west of Philadelphia.
