Willian was left confused by Chelsea’s decision to not hire a private jet to rush him back from international duty with Brazil, according to reports.
The Daily Mail claims that Chelsea opted not to team up with Liverpool, Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain, who split the £120,000 cost of a private jet in order to get their Brazilian stars back quicker than using commercial airlines.

Both Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino arrived in England ahead of their training session with Liverpool on Thursday, although Coutinho missed out due to a hamstring problem.
Chelsea’s decision over Willian was based on the fact that they play Middlesbrough on Sunday, rather than the Saturday.

Instead of travelling back with his Brazil team-mates, Willian boarded a later flight in first class, and Chelsea are confident that the midfielder will have recovered sufficiently ahead of their fixture against Boro.
