You’re in a hotel, away from home, staff are there to cater to your every need…
Except, wait, what?
You might have the wrong end of the stick when it comes to this drawing.
It’s actually an advert for the in-room safe, showing an elderly lady putting her feet up in an armchair with a good book.
But that’s not what everybody sees when they look at the image.
The gutter-minded think the hotel is offering a different kind of room service, of the ‘Can I have an extra pillow‘ variety.
A sizeable minority see a woman with a ponytail bent over the lap of the person sitting down, as if the ‘enjoy peace of mind’ tagline refers to something other than knowing your valuables are safely locked up.
‘Wait… that’s not an oral sex line drawing?’ one user commented on a photo shared on Imgur.
The book is quite obvious when you look in detail – but you can see where the mistake comes from at a glance.
