Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang suspended by Borussia Dortmund for Champions League clash

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang SUSPENDED by Borussia Dortmund

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been temporarily suspended by Borussia Dortmund for ‘internal reasons’ and has been left out Wednesday night’s fixture against Sporting.
The 27-year-old, who has been linked with Real Madrid and Manchester City, was expected to start for the Champions League clash against the Portuguese club but was not even named as a substitute.
‘It is an internal issue and will remain an internal issue,’ explained Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel.

The German club’s CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke confirmed that the striker, who has scored 10 goals in 13 appearances this season, will be available for selection against Hamburg on Saturday.
‘The internal reasons are exactly that, internal,’ Watzke told ZDF.
‘I will not say anything.
‘But the good thing is he will be fresh against Hamburg. He will be back in the squad against Hamburg.’
